I purchased these prior to researching BLW feeding. More so, it was just a cute spoon that I'd be able to feed my baby and for simply that, it works great. The handle is very short and it isn't easy trying to get purees out of jars. This, however, would be perfect for parents who are trying to do BLW feeding for baby. My 5 month old is easily able to grasp the spoon and feed himself. The utensils are made with a few little nooks and crannies, which can be frustrating to clean if you've left them out with food dried on it - but after soaking or just some good scrubbing, it's easy enough! If your baby is teething, I'd be cautious to not let them chew on them. I don't think they'd last too long if that were the case.

This is the 4th set of these toddler utensils we’ve gotten, and overall, they’re great! Easy for my toddlers to use, a great size and shape for their hands, for the most part very sturdy. I say for the most part, because the metal core of the fork handle started poking through the silicon at the bottom after just 2 or 3 uses. We’ve had no issue with 2 of our other pairs, and it happened to one of our other sets after a few months, but I thought that might have been because one of our toddlers had been chewing on the handle. This time, though, it happened almost immediately when no chewing had occurred. It might just have been a manufacturing defect on the one, but that’s the reason I give these 4 stars instead of 5.

I’ve tried many self feeding spoons and this one is the best. Baby loves using both to self feeding spoons. Easy to grasp and put it mouth. Cleans well, no stains.

My daughter was struggling to use normal utensils but since using these she is much more confident with eating. Silicone is soft so they aren't as sturdy as a normal fork and spoon. My daughter loves them and wasted far less food. Now when she uses a normal utensil she is much more confident too.

My baby loves using these, although she doesn't fully use them to eat yet as she's only 6 months old but she can hold them well, and they are easy to clean!

I bought these for my 7 month old daughter as she was interested in feeding herself. They are perfect!!! Easy for her to hold and maneuver. Soft on her gums, and the size is great so that she cannot hurt or choke herself. Highly recommend!

These Bumkins utensils are super cute and my baby boy loves them (6mo the old) they are easy for him to hold and use and I do not have to worry about him shoving them down his throat due to the stoppers on them. They are easy to clean, haven’t had an issue at all! Good product.
