After taking it thoroughly I decided to post a review, below you'll find the points I highlighted as important before buying, while using, and the whole experience: • Whole B Complex - This supplement contains all the whole vitamin B complex needed for your body. • Minimum Requirements of each B vitamin - The amounts pertaining to each ingredient are enough for you to get the requirements to meet your body needs. • Real food based - Comes from real foods (food based), buckwheat to be precise, and other ones. • Without binding, fillers, preservatives, artificial flavors or other potentially harmful substances. • As natural as it gets - The vitamins have not been synthetised in any way which usually happens with cheaper supplements. I.E, For instance you're getting Folate (L -MethylFolate) instead of Folic acid directly which is the cheaper less bio available option on most. Personal experience: • More energy • Less Stress • Allegedly it helps also with skin and hair, only seen benefits on the skin. As with all supplements and vitamins, be aware that they interact with each other and even medication, so if you don't consult an health advisor, at least keep track of what you're taking. Sometimes we are on things that counteract another. And please, do not over supplement if you do not need it.

Easy to swallow, quality as always from this brand

This item is excellent, very good for vegans, no additives and no bulking agents, a must for everyones health.

Nothing to dislike so far but the fact there's no fillers or nasties is a bonus. I refuse to buy anything with all the dreadful fillers sets I'm very pleased so far, easy to take, no after taste and hopefully effective

I'm obsessed with finding the perfect forms or vitamins. I thought Together brand was the best (and they are excellent!) until I stumbled upon this brand who have stepped it up further. They seem to really understand nutrition. Their vitamin D supplement comes with K2 which shows that they understand the need for K2 to offset vitamin D toxicity. Also, they don't add ANY weird ingredients to bulk out their vitamins or any preservatives. This is more difficult to find than you think. Even some of the most premium brands (Cytoplan, again one of my favourites) can sometimes add billing agents. Their vitamins are food based and unlike Together they don't source vitamins from yeast extract - from what I can see - it seems they get it from buckwheat and other food sources. I'm really impressed and will buy from them again without a doubt. Nice work!

I like this company. I really do first time trying this product but just be aware it's turned by p. Neon green. I hear this is safe. It was just a shock. Will definitely buy again and continue to use updating my urine has now returned to normal. It was only a few days. Thank goodness , not a fan of the bags would definitely prefer them to b in screw top tubs

I've been a big fan of Time Health for some time now. They're the best supplement brand I've come across and have a lot of uniquely formulated supplements, some of which I have used to great benefit. This specific product is a unique formula of B vitamins. Being homozygous for the MTHFR gene, it's crucial I get enough folate, B12 and B6 most of which I get from diet. I bought these to supplement my diet and liked that the formulation was whole foods based. However I believe that these vitamins are not formulated in a balanced away, and have experienced an initial rush of energy for the first two hours of taking them, followed by prolonged anxiety and sleeplessness, verging on psychosis at some points. High doses of methylfolate when not combined with higher doses of B12 (as typically seen in other B complexes) can result in cognitive decline, which I believe may have occurred in this instance. The "Cultavit" formula may be limited in its ability to produce higher levels of B12, which is dosed unusually low in this particular formula. I don't believe the damage is permanent and have began to feel better again after 3 days lff, but I'd strongly recommend approaching this supplement and B vitamin complexes in general, with extreme caution. I'd also strongly advise Time Health to reconsider this specific formulation of vitamins, given there are a number of reviews now staying that it has caused cognitive problems.

I think these are the only B vitamins I have tried, and can feel a difference. I chose because there are no synthetic ingredients and they are all natural. More energy, and overall feel of well being. Got to love that!
