This is an excellent book for those who do not have much keyboard training. I found it to be a little simplistic and very basic. But that's okay if you are new to the instrument - then it would be great.

New toy for a trumpet player who plays keyboard. Something for beginners and also pros that doesn't cost a lot to learn playing an instrument. .

This is a good book of popular classics for playing on then melodica.One note of caution is that the description on Amazon states that the book contains music for Canon in D which is does not. Best to check the "Look Inside" and check the table of contents to confirm you are getting the music you are looking for.As an alternative any of the decent "fake" books on the market could be played with the melodica and, as a bonus, provide the chords for accompaniment with a piano.Overall decent book but if you already have standard piano sheet music just play the treble clef (melody only) and this will provide you with basically the same thing.

This is really for people who already know how to play. I am a complete beginner and couldnt figure out the notes.

I found this book virtually unreadable on the Kindle Fire. I cannot comment on the content as it is too tiny to read.

Music for melodicas, one of which I gave to my 12 year old son as a present. I thought I'd better give him some music too. He's learning to play the piano and had a go wit the melodica, playing from this book. It's early days but hopefully he'll get into it a bit more when his piano playing improves.

I only recently heard about this instrument. I am a beginner on the keyboard and I find this a useful device on which to practice.

Quick delivery,seems very well made and sounds good.Now have to learn to play it.
