My choice in garden hoses
I am a retired landscape professional and love this hose. The pros are: manages high water pressure, quality materials, moves around easy for a big hose (3/4” x 75’). Doesn’t leak, doesn’t kink easily, fits faucets and nozzles like a glove, and is an attractive color. I’ve used this hose previously and it lasted over 10 years.

Not kink resistant!
I don't know what was supposed to make this hose "kink resistant" but it got a kink in the middle of it on the first day I used it. It's a good hose though, but kink resistant it's not.

Doesn’t kink
I bought 2 prior hoses from Amazon and they didn’t measure up to their description. Even when those hoses were under pressure they linked. Both were “professional” hoses. This time I bought a “contractor” hose and right out of the packaging it doesn’t link, no pressure needed. The way some Hoses are marketed “professional” as opposed to “contractor” is misleading. One would think professional MEANT heavy duty contractor hose. Evidently they don’t. This hose is heavier and the rubber thickness is one of the contributing factors why it doesn’t kink. When I roll up a hose or even using one, the most annoying thing is tangling and kinking. Cheaper made hoses, even though they can cost as much, are simply not sufficiently sturdy and a hose can even be “trained” (like electrical wiring) to coil a certain way and it will coil that way every time. Cheaper made hoses don’t do that.

Not what I expected.
Listing says "solid brass fittings". While the fittings are brass, they are flimsy looking sheet metal fittings. I have no doubt that one run over by a tractor, truck, or even just a car and the fittings will be toast. I guess then I will test the "Limited Lifetime Warranty". If you are looking for true "solid brass fittings" as in, machined, thick, durable brass fittings, you may want to look at another hose. Definitely not what I expected from a "pro" and "commercial" graded hose. I was hoping this was going to be a decent priced alternative to the $200 hundred foot hose I have on the job site, but alas it appears you "get what you pay for". UPDATE: Had this item for FOUR DAYS and it failed. Wife was using it in the garden. My water is regulated at 50 psi so no issues with high pressure, but still blisters developed and then one opened up and a leak occurred. Very disappointed in the quality of this product, although I did not have any issues with the fittings...in four days of use. I should have listened to the other reviews. Amazon should stop offering this product IMHO.

Good hose
It has been 2 years almost and no problems. It's a heavier hose, not flimsy. It has never ever kinked on me - I really love that. It's easy to move around, but that's relative - I mean if you're a little 85 year old lady then yeah it may not be easy, but for the average guy it's no problem. It does not leak anywhere. I'm a cheapo and tend to pay the bare minimum for everything, but after replacing every hose I ever bought just about every other year I decided to buy a good one - or what I hoped to be a good one (though you can never know for sure if you are buying a good one). I got this one (75 feet) and gladly it has exceeded my expectations. I am going to buy a 2nd one soon, as I really need about 300 feet to get all the way across my property. Anyways, my experience is good; but take note of some other folks negative reviews because you never know when a defective one might sneak through - but I think you can tell from the reviews that they are more the exception than the rule.
