I will start out by saying I have a lot of shirts that needed ironing and I hated having to get out the iron whenever I wanted to wear one. So I did some online searching and found this little guy. This thing is really no bigger than a tall cup of coffee. When I put it to work it heated up very fast and cranked out the steam making short work of my shirts. This is a great product and has a great warranty and company backing. The first one I got would only put out steam intermittently so I got ahold of Amazon and they sent me a return label (no shipping charges) and had a new one on the way to me before I even sent the defective one back. Needless to say my review is based on my second machines performance but I thought it should be know that the company really does stand behind their product and warranty. I would definitely by this again and am thinking about giving one for a gift. Oh I forgot to mention the twenty dollar price tag is a deal for what this thing does

Pros: One button operation, Light weight & packed with traveler friendly accessories Con: Small volume, not ideal for mass steaming. The bottom line, it works as a travel steamer, very light weight, fairly fast steam generation, packed with traveler friendly accessories which I like. Decent build quality, one key operation, nothing fancy, fill water flap the switch and wait for the steam. Ideal for 1 or 2 shirt / T-shirt use, especially handy when you don’t want to pull the bulky steam iron down from the bottom of wardrobe and not to mention the full size board. This little steamer does it job as long as time and patient is given. Recommended for those who are seeking for a simple traveler steamer or those who only steam occasionally.

This is a great steamer! Small enough to throw in your suitcase or carry on, heats up quickly, and is all around easy to use. My ONLY complaint is that if you fill the water all the way up to the fill line it will sputter and spit large amounts of water all over you and your clothes at first (plus, the water is HOT) BUT if you just fill it a little below the fill line then it doesn't seem to do it. Other than that, this thing works great and I highly recommend it!

This steamer is so easy to use! Unscrew the lid, fill with water, plug in and turn on. It's ready and steaming in 60 seconds. At first I wasn't sure how close to the garment i was supposed to put the steamer because I didn't want to ruin my dress. It wasn't working that well, but then i tried putting it practically on the garment and it got the wrinkles out great! No harm to my clothes either. It comes with a travel pouch that makes it super convenient for traveling! I took it to Hawaii with me and it was a life saver!

The steamer worked great on my first try. My sweater never looked better! By the second time, however, the device started spewing water out the seam of the two connecting parts! At first I thought I did something wrong. I unplugged it, dumped some water out, resealed the parts and tried again. The same thing happened—bubbling, hot water started coming out and I was getting soaked!—as was my garment! I missed my return window on this, and wish I could get my money back for another model—especially after reading these other reviews. I never read the bad ones upon purchase, just the 5 star ones. Do your homework.

This will be my first review since I've been using amazon for five years so far. This steamer is perfect for whom loves to travel alot because it is very light weight and perfect size which fits perfect in my suitcases. I’ve used this on my shirts and sheer cutains at the window and it has worked great so far. The deeper wrinkles take a few more passes but so much more convenient than pulling out the old heavy iron. It is well made and a must have!!! Works great!!

It is a great value. I love the size, and it was easy to throw in my suitcase for travel. It comes with a hanger, which is fantastic. It heats up quickly. The downside is that the water chamber is very small. It also started sputtering within the first 6 months, and died completely before the first year. I definitely got my money’s worth, but had to upgrade to something of better quality.

I could cry, cuz I left it in my hotel room. When I had to immediately go on another trip the following weekend for a wedding. I had different steamer sitting on a shelf I had purchased as a gift from a FB ad and forgotten to give it, so I popped that in my suitcase. Big mistake. The other steamer was not good, and even the steam from the hotel iron didn't work on the chiffon on my wedding guest dress. BOO! Please bring this JSD steamer back in stock! My favorite little travel steamer! The gray pouch does blend into the background of a hotel closet, though, so store it in your suitcase when traveling, not the closet.
