I received a damaged product at first, the plug had been broken. I got it replaced but I still fear of it breaking again so I handle it with caution. If your going to use it for a refrigerator or washing machine you might remove it once or twice in lifetime, in that case go for it, it's a very reliable product. But remember to remove it gently, you might not wanna put too much pressure on those screws.

This is my second order from BITCORP. Although the appearance is not that fancy compared to the Chinese built items you get these days in the market, but the quality is top notch. They actually deliver on what is mentioned in terms of sturdiness of the socket/board and the wire gauge. You can always build a similar product on your own from the market but then you are paying for availability in the time of need and assurance.

The product functions as expected once set up, but I had to tighten two internal screws because it was making a light rattling sound. The internal cable also had no strain relief, so I added a simple knot myself before closing it. The item arrived with the box side wrapped in cling wrap, and the wire inside had no proper packaging, which didn’t feel reassuring. Delivery was delayed by two days as well. Overall usable, but the build & packaging could be much better.

It's all Ok and serves the purpose but I just felt that it's expensive for the kind of material used. P.S: Don't get me wrongbut the quality is good and it'll last long but when you try to sum up the cost of everything that's been used, may feel that it's overpriced. I anyways bought this one because there's nothing else that is good quality and lower price. So all's good
