Well, here goes...I have the most sensitive stomach ever. My GI doc recommended citrucel or metamucil. I looked at their ingredients and was just disgusted this is what modern medicine has become. So, I went on the search for something healthy, whole, nutritive...and found this stuff! It's great. I mix it with Ripple and don't mind the flavor at all. Kind of reminds me of ricey-oatmeal. It says to mix it with a shake, but I have 5 kids and ain't no momma got time for that. Anyway, I started off slowly because of my crazy stomach. I do 1/3-1/2Tbsp every other day and feel fantastic. It's worth every penny, although I will probably order this directly from the seller or my chiropractor next time to avoid Amazon's up-charge. It doesn't make me feel bloated or upset my stomach at all (which I totally expected it to by the way). So, yippee! I'm one happy camper!
