All the sparkles!
(Photos for Harp On It, Halo, and Cosmic Fate) There appears to be some confusion about how this color (Harp On It) looks in different lighting. Please allow me to clear this up. I've taken photographs of this color in different lighting for your nailoholic viewing. (See first 4 photos): Photo 1 will show what 2 coats under indoor lighting will look like. It's a pretty rainbow flash over predominantly silver background. Photo 2 shows what it looks like under natural outdoor lighting. The colors become more subtle but are still pretty. Photo 3 gives a false impression that the glitter in this polish is predominantly pink with other colors. The nail polish DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THIS under NORMAL conditions. The ONLY time it looks like this is in photos with a flash. Photo 4 is a macro of the micro-glitter in this polish under indoor lighting conditions. All of this being said I absolutely LOVE this polish! It's SO pretty and SO reflective!! I've since ordered another bottle for a friend and 3 other colors to try out (will review!). It wears really well. As stated above, two coats give generous coverage. It dries fairly fast and doesn't chip easily. I've gotten so many compliments on it that I pretty much just want to wear it forever. **edit** I also picked up Halo and Cosmic Fate. Last two photos are those two (respectively) in mixed indoor outdoor light after one week of wear.

Very pretty polish
The colors are really pretty especially in the sunlight. I ordered 3 colors looking for 1 that someone had on in a picture but unfortunately wasn't successful. Two of the colors I got look exactly alike once they're on. I bought Cloud Nine and What's Your Sign. They both look silverish/blue/white. The third one I bought was Eternal Beauty. It says its pink but its not, its a very dark purple. I'm a bit disappointed with the colors not looking like they show but they're pretty. As far as longevity goes, I've had the polish on for 5 days, done a lot of housework and dishes after a party and have no chipping. I used Seche Vive base coat and top coat. Both of which are AMAZING and help to make my polish last anywhere between 7-14 days before they show any signs of chipping and thats just usually the tips (just depends on the quality of the polish). I'm still hunting for the pink I've seen in the pictures. I wish people would post the color they have on in pictures. I'd recommend this polish.

Spectacular dazzler!
I have fallen in love with the Color Club Holographic colors since finding them here on Amazon and I picked up Harp On It as a threesome special they were offering, knowing that I would love the colors even though the images can't always be relied upon to reveal the true beauty of the colors you'll receive in person. This color is astonishing because it has the holographic rainbow of crushed opals in the bottle before you even get it on your nails. I had decided because of the season and my nails being shorter than I would normally wear a full manicure in an eye catching color like this one, I decided to do a little something different. I have reviewed a product called Instant Artificials that I use because I have normally thin nails and I use it for a phenomenal base coat as well as a straight manicure because the product is a clear pink which gives you a glossy healthy look when it dries. So, I put on my 3 coats of Instant Artificials, giving me a very nice basic manicure, then using Harp On It in place of a plain white tip color, I gave myself a French Manicure. The effect was gorgeous because it was subtle enough for business attire and a professional surrounding but when the light began refracting off that dazzling opal rainbow on my nail tips it snagged plenty of attention and compliments. I can see where this color can be used for a host of different applications, as a straight manicure for a truly outrageous glam look to adding little hits of it if you're decorating your manicure for a fun punch of whimsy, or to go for subtle like I did using it in a French Manicure. Regardless of how you choose to use this color, I can promise you that you will be absolutely floored by how remarkable the effect is. The color is pure gorgeousness and I can imagine that come summer it will be dazzling to do a full mani/pedi with this color. I ordered several bottles to make sure that I have it once others discover this amazing hue. Don't be shy about purchasing this color, you'll be dazzled and you'll want to 'harp on it', too!

The pictures don't do it justice!
This nail polish is beautiful! In dimmer light, it's a lovely, rich shade, which is nice, but really nothing you can't find in other polishes. But in brighter light, especially sunlight, it's just so stunning and eye catching! The pictures don't do it justice. It's just gorgeous, and the holo effect is totally different from any other polish I've seen. This is not just sparkly nail polish! The polish is also thick, probably thick enough to get away with one only coat if you were in a hurry, and it smooths itself out evenly on your nail very well. It's also fairly fast drying, which is always appreciated. My only complaint is that this polish doesn't last as long as most of my others (even cheap dollar store polish), which is a real shame. I use a high quality base coat, two coats of polish, and then a high quality top coat, and I'm still lucky if this polish lasts 2 days without chips appearing. This is the case for both colors I ordered, Eternal Beauty and Crystal Baller (beautiful shades of purple and blue respectively). Because of this, I don't use the polish as often as I'd like to, because I know I will need to fix it up or remove it fairly quickly. Overall though, I really love the look of this polish, and will probably end up ordering more shades in the future. Even though it doesn't last as long as I'd like it to, I feel it's beautiful and unique enough to make it worth a little extra effort.

5 star nail polish, 1 star misleading description
This holographic nail polish is some of the prettiest polish I've ever come across. In regular lighting you can see the holographic effect a little and it's pretty unimpressive in shade or dark lighting. But in the sun... You better put on those sunglasses or you'll go blind! The rainbow holo is even more beautiful and impressive in person than the pictures show. Be prepared to spend a lot of time staring at your nails with this polish on. I also own OPI DS Signature. I splurged and paid $25 for that polish, and I love it. This much less expensive color club polish is equally impressive at a much lower price. They both apply smoothly and take 2-3 coats to reach opacity. They are both a dream to apply (not so for most holographic polishes). This polish with seche vite top coat lasts me 4-5 days, but I am really hard on my nails. Some top coats change the appearance and brightness of the holo, seche vite doesn't though. 1 star for the description on amazon because it is so misleading! The bottles pictured and colors described don't seem to match up with the actual product. I did my homework and looked at photo swatches on other websites to see what the color names were and what they look like. The polishes I received based on the product name (ex. Cloud Nine) were correct. So ignore the picture and color they list on here and order based off of the product name at the end of the title. These polishes are a fantastic linear holo. You won't be disappointed!

Really should be 4.5 stars
Beautiful color, has a linear rainbow iridescence that shows up strongly in direct light or sunlight. It reflects different colors at different angles, going through all the colors of the rainbow as you tilt it. Looks lovely when stamped over. You can also stamp with it but the effect is kinda subtle. It does show up when using it to stamp over black polish. Lasts a few days without chipping if you use a good base & top coat ( I use NUBAR Foundation Base Coat & Seche Vite Top Coat.) However, it chips badly within 24 hours when used by itself. It goes on smooth in thin even coats, becoming completely opaque in 2 coats. Dries to touch in 3 minutes (I timed it to be sure.) I don't know if it's just my bottle but the brush part sometimes gets separated from the cap & gets stuck to the rim of the bottle when I open it. I have to put the cap back on & tilt it to the side to dislodge the inside part from the rim then screw all the way back on then off again to get the brush & cap to become one piece again. I would take away a 1/2 star for this & the chipping problem (both problems can be fixed) but since I can only vote with whole stars I am rounding up to a 5.

Excellent Starter Holo
I am super pleased with this polish, so pleased that felt compelled to write a review. I'd been looking at a much more expensive holo that had very fussy application instructions and came in a teeny-tiny quantity. I am so glad I picked this Color Club version instead! The application is very easy; I love how fast it dries. I've actually found it applied best with no based coat. Three layers gives you full coverage like you see in the product photo. (One layer is a very pretty addition to a base color.) The texture of the finished nail is VERY rough but a top coat does not diminish the sparkle like with some other holo polishes. It sucks up top coat and I actually apply top coat three times to get a smooth, shiny finish. I have not had trouble with chipping and I'm a work-from-home mom who uses and washes her hands a LOT. Lastly, the color and holo effect is very nice. It's gorgeous in sunlight, pretty in bright artificial light and not very noticeable in dim light. All in all, I'm a big fan!

Very durable product
My nails are fragile. They break and peel, and it's a constant source of angst for me. Because of the sparkle element, I thought this product could possibly be a little more durable than others. I was not disappointed. I applied 2 coats of base polish, one coat of Color Club holographic Nail Lacquer, and topped it off with a quick dry top coat. The next 3 days I worked practically nonstop on sorting 50 years of papers and documents that resulted in 85 pounds of shredding as well as the unknown weight of all the paper I was able to discard separately from the shredding papers. That was a lot of wear and tear to put my nails through. My other nail polish would have failed miserably within the first couple of hours. Not this stuff!! It stayed on, and my nails did not weaken, break, or peel. Fantastic stuff. I plan to buy more colors. I will admit I'm not very impressed with this seller. Even though they are Prime, they say it is not returnable. My suggestion is that if you are not satisfied with the product or its color, etc, that you contact Amazon Customer Service and explain that the seller won't allow returns (most likely because it is a nail polish product that is flammable). In all likelihood they will be able to process a refund and tell you to trash the item.
