Nutritious, yummy, and kid-approved!
This hemp powder is AWESOME, and it’s a regular on my grocery list. A large amount of people in the U.S. are deficient in magnesium + iron, especially young women of childbearing age and those who don’t eat enough dark, leafy greens (crucial for adequate magnesium consumption). This hemp powder has 40% of your DV for iron and 60% of your DV for magnesium. I use this to combat my anemic tendencies as a buffer in those times when I probably don’t eat enough salads with dark, leafy greens (I’m a busy mom of two under 6, expecting little bambino #3, & a college student, so I’d say often? I’m last on my list too frequently). I add a ton of this to my “famous” cinnamon-hemp-chocolate chip pancakes (famous, as in my notoriously picky eater children will ask for 2nds and 3rds of these & my anti-hippie family loves these, after initially getting over the fact that they have hemp in them - insert eye roll). These are seriously the *only* pancakes I can eat without the dreaded blood sugar crash within the hour. They keep me satiated until lunch and my kids love them too (they call them “green hulk pancakes”). I make them with whole grain pancake mix to make my life easier, a ton of hemp powder + cinnamon, two small handfuls of choco chips, and grease the pan with a little coconut oil each round of pancakes. I top with Earth Balance soy-free butter spread and a very minimal drizzle of organic blue agave syrup, a low glycemic index food, so you get the benefit of syrup on your pancakes, but no sugar crash. Honestly though, they taste amazing plain and half the time that’s just how I eat them. I have also put this hemp powder in pumpkin bread, and nobody noticed (hehe). I’d recommend avoiding light, fruity smoothies with this, maybe sticking with thicker choco/PB/banana smoothies or replacing a portion of flour in baked goods with this hemp powder. Seriously so good. Just try it!

Cheapest, and Healthiest protein you can buy.
As a bodybuilder with over seven years of experience, I’ve tried a wide range of protein sources, from whole foods to various supplements. However, nothing compares to hemp protein powder. It stands out not only for its cost-efficiency but also for its exceptional health benefits. Cost Efficiency On average, I consume four servings of hemp protein powder daily, which costs me around $120 per month. This is significantly cheaper than other protein powders, which typically cost me over $200 monthly. Hemp protein offers a budget-friendly way to meet my protein needs without compromising quality. Health Benefits One of the biggest advantages of hemp protein is its anti-inflammatory properties, which set it apart from many other protein sources, such as whey protein, known to promote inflammation in the body. Hemp protein is nutrient-dense, rich in essential macronutrients and minerals, and is alkaline-forming, making it easy to digest. This alkalinity supports mineral absorption and overall gut health, which are critical for athletic performance and recovery. Natural and Clean Ingredients Unlike many modern protein supplements, hemp protein is free from GMOs and artificial ingredients often added for flavor or protein enhancement. While many protein products on the market may boast high protein content, their quality is often compromised due to incomplete amino acid profiles and artificial additives. Hemp protein, on the other hand, provides a complete and clean source of protein, making it a superior option for overall health and wellness. Personal Results At 5’11” and 220 pounds, I consume approximately 50 grams of hemp protein daily, often combined with hemp seeds for added benefits. Since incorporating hemp protein into my diet, I’ve noticed significant improvements, including reduced acne, less bloating, and enhanced overall well-being. Recommendation I highly recommend hemp protein to anyone looking to increase their daily protein intake while also benefiting from essential macronutrients and minerals. It’s a natural, nutrient-dense, and easily digestible option that supports both physical health and performance. How I consume it: Mix in two servings into a 32oz bottle, 25oz of walnut milk, a handful of coconut sugar, a couple of pumps of agave, four tablespoons of cacao powder, and a sprinkle of salt. I drink this during my workouts, just make sure you blend it really well and shake everytime you take a drink.

Excellent product
I've tried several different brands of hemp protein and this one is definitely good, very fine quality. And this product has the lower fiber content which I prefer, that just means more protein by weight, and the higher protein hemp powders have a much better taste IMO. For those who don't know, hemp protein is made by pressing the oil out of hemp seeds and then filtering out a percentage of the fiber and that's in it, so it's a very natural product and a very nutritional food also. Some products have more fiber filtered out than others and this product is at the lower end of what you can buy as far as being low fiber. And this stuff is great to add to smoothies or oatmeal, sometimes I mix it with raw almond butter to drop the fat content of the almond butter.

Very good!
I wanted to add hemp to my daily routine and I like this brand. Mixes well into my smoothie and even lemon water! Great to use in a blender bottle with stainless steel ball. The flavor is ok. I'm fine with it. Not overpowering or anything. And hemp has great benefits especially for digestion and gut health. Keeping you regular and it's organic!

Will probably reorder
I like plain hemp seeds better...they taste better. The powder has about the same amount of protein as the seeds when you factor in that the powder is 4 tbsp. per serving and 13g of protein, and the seeds are 3 tbsp. per serving for 10g of protein. Same with magnesium: powder 60% RDV, seeds 50%. The only major differences are the 40% iron in the powder versus 15% in seeds, and the fact that the seeds have 50% phosphorous and zinc, which the powder doesn't have. So I put 2 tbsp. (sometimes 3) of the seeds with usually 2 of the powder in my smoothies, along with maca powder, matcha powder, cinnamon, and sometimes sea moss powder in almond milk (water is just too liquid!). In that way ALL the bases are covered! Being vegetarian, leaning heavily toward vegan, I have to make sure I get adequate protein. Will be reordering frequently; been using the seeds for quite awhile, and with my prime membership I have my choice of various brands at a good price! So I'm good!
