Great so far!
Absolutely loving the story so far. The art is great too. Really sells the emotion of the characters too. Only slight complaint I have is how Grog is characterized as a follower of Scanlan. Never got that impression on the show/cast. But it's really early, it may change. Overall I'd say 4.5 out of 5.

I can BEARLY wait for the next issue!
Trinket the Bear...need I say more? Okay, I'll say more anyways. Some really heartfelt conversations between Vex and Keyleth, as well as Vex and Vax. Vex and Keyleth was especially revealing. The surprise Vex had about Keyleth looking up to her was perfectly captured. And that heartbreaking story about Syldor (Vex's father) and the school? I knew beforehand that Syldor was cold and negligent, and a terrible father. But that story about the School and his "bet"? I never realized just how cruel he was. On a happier note, Scanlan's humor is still spectacular. I'll be laughing at the joke about the alchemy book for a week! Also, a shout-out to Olivia Samson for that absolutely adorable "Vex + Keyleth + Trinket = BFF".

Yes!
Loved it! I hear the cast saying the dialogue in my head as I read. Character development, action, funny moments, and Trinket. The end of this one... nice.

All coming together
Everyone is together now! We got backstory on the girls and especially more into Vex and Vax. Great battle scene and wonderful writing. And OMG the cutest damn picture I have seen in a comic! I love it!

The band is together for real
Believe in the magic of a good d&d game and it will take you places. So we have our first binding moment and a bear.

Another excellent episode in the story arc
Another excellent episode in the story arc. Really nice to see the origins of Vox Machina in print while The Mighty Nein are coming together in season 2 of Critical Role.

More from the tales of Vox Machina. The artistic style and colour are perfect and the characterisation of the band of adventurers us Critters know and love is spot on, and if it wasn't... well....trust me we would know.

I recommend it is fun to start understanding how dungeons and dragons can be with a lot of campaigns Ye

The only downside of this series so far has been the fact that it's addictive and the issues are a month apart.
