It makes attaching a line to a hook so much easier and safer. So I recommend it as a very useful device.

Great idea. But is a bit awkward with smaller hooks. Usually use a size 12 UK hook and it's a bit difficult to lock into place. Easily solved though with a bit of Bluetac. But works great and definitely makes putting the hook on easier and safer

Purchased this as a fisherman that likes most gadgets but I think it’s abit of a gimmick

Really simple but very useful little gadget. Holds hooks secure not only when tying nots, but I also use it as a protective hook cover and attach it to rod ring when I'm transporting rod and rig set up.

A novel item for tying hooks onto lines safely without piercing fingers.. Only awarded 4 stars as only does single hooks, & doesn't work with double or treble hooks. Never less recommend product
