I feed a few stray cats in my lane and all of them love this. Drools is quite economical compared to other cat food brands on the market and well loved by my cats. A plus point is- the kibble size is really small- less than 1 cm, this helps with one of my cats who gulps down food without chewing anything- so even if he gulps this down it hasn't caused any indigestion or such issues in the past few months that I've been feeding him this. Sometimes I mix this with salmon gravy from another brand and that elevates the meal to a whole new level. I wish Drools would come up with a wet food for cats too (like they have for dogs). I received the packs in good condition and of a recent manufacturing date, with timely delivery by Amazon.

This is the first time I'm disappointed with this product, there is large opening in the packet of 3 kg , and they have placed it in such a way that opening is in bottom and it can't be seen by us easily. Today when i opened 3 kg after my cats completed eating 1.2 kg packet, i was shocked to see that the kibbles started falling down, then got to know there is a big opening at the bottom side of 3kg packet. It's against the ethics and morals ( it shattered my trust i had on this product, I'm a regular customer of this product offline and online both), but today highly disappointed about it and I have decided i will never buy this again and never want to face such a problem ( defect problem, they say message the manufacturer and resolve, but what i will feed my cats till it get resolved, ( that is the biggest problem), if it was non - food products, i have ignored, but it's a pet food product. We can't say our cats that : we have received defect product, you wait for one week till resolve?? Can we say???. Highly disappointed. Worst product. I'm now removing the rating I have given on the delivery day of this product, they broke my and mine cat trust on this product. Suggestion to all : Never be dependent on online drool pet foods, it's very disheartening when you don't have money to order new product, till the previous product get resolved ( i use pocket money, and i get it only once a month). It's like stopping the cat from feeding the food till it gets resolved.
