I bought these plates to match my side plates and bowls of which are from a different manufacturer. The colour of thes eplates match well so it was a good choice I made. You may be aware of some reviews on some other products, where the reviewer comments on the price and says that he / she could have bought a dinner set for the same. Well, I too am aware of such comment and I am also aware that those cheap dinner sets do not last long as they easily chip, crack and break. These plates are thick, heavy and nice and strong. I wanted large dinner plates and these are larger than expected. The rim is well raised and narrow so the plate can hold more of the food and loads of gravy / sauce with any spills. These plates are a good two inches larger than my previous ones that they have replaced and they do hold much more than I can usually eat. The plates are ideal for Christmas / Easter lunches as they can easily hold all the meat, trimmings, Yorkie Puds and loads of gravy without having to pile the food high. I am recommending thes eplates as they are very good quality, will last a long time and they are good value for their size , thickness and weight.

Not quite white, just slightly grey. All came whole, and seems reasonably good. Great price.

These plates are brilliant. Great value, good basic white plate with a good lip to keep gravy from going over the edge. For years I've struggled through my plate of dinner because I was brought up not to waste food - so I ate it ALL and usually felt bloated & uncomfortable. These plates are more like the old fashioned size of plate - and plenty big enough. Hubby would find them too small - but for me they're perfect. Highly recommended.

Exactly as described. Right size for a side plate. Well packaged and individually separated with cardboard.

Two plates were broken

Hotel grade plates. Dishwasher proof, break resistant, 1970s portion sizes. What's not to like? Had them for over a year and used daily in the dishwasher, subject to energetic and clumsy kids and no chips or any other issues.

These plates arrived much sooner than the estimated delivery date which was a bonus. Although they were well packed unfortunately one in the middle of the twelve plates was broken. I do not blame the supplier for this, it obviously happened in transit. The other 11 were fine and I did not complain to the seller as I don;t hold them responsible also it was only the one and I didn't really need 12 anyway. Plates are sturdy and well suited for everyday use. Sizewise they are suited to a relatively modest size main meal or for light lunches etc.

First time I ordered these was in 2022. All arrived broken, so all returned. Ordered 2 boxes again last August 2025. This time they arrived unbroken despite inadequate packaging, in my view. So WELL DONE! Royal Mail. Plates actually measure 280 mm and not 284 as advertised. That was handy. The shelf is 284 mm deep so 4 mil. to spare. Excellent.

They are fine dinner plates. Like others I too had breakage, just one of the 12. The packaging is very bad, totally not fit for purpose.

L'article est très bien . Mais au milieu de la pile une assiette ébréchée . Le carton n'est pas abîmé et bonne protection du produit. Serait-il possible de la remplacer. Ou de me vendre 6 assiettes facturées 5 . D'avance merci !!!!

Vom Gewicht etwas schwer. 570g pro Teller. Aber perfekte Größe für ein Frühstücks- oder Jausenteller. Auch für kleine Mittagsportion. Große ebene Fläche und kleiner Rand. Habe lange nach so einem Teller gesucht. Markenteller sind deutlich kleiner mit größerem Randbereich. Dieses Teller ist perfekt zum Brote streichen.

BIN ZUFRIEDEN

Plates are the perfect size 23cm. Unfortunately 5 of the 12 have black marks on the rim, put them through the dishwasher and the marks are still there. Such a shame.
