Personally I thought the product was perfect, good quality, my only issue is we need more keys, where can I buy or what kind of store can duplicate the keys, I have tried about 10 places and they can't duplicate them.

Works great, so far. Keys are unusual, not likely to make duplicates at the local hardware store, but came with about six copies. Documentation is terrible, has a drill template, but it was scaled down to print on a letter page. Note: to access the mounting bracket, remove the four small screws that attach the cover. The knob stays with the cover.

Arrived fast, the box looked like is shipped straight from China but everything was inside. Installed with no problems and works great while new. It has really weird keys but it came with 6 and they all work. It seems heavy duty enough for my business.

Not great quality . Have installed quite a few and thought I would give them a try.

Excellent replacement for existing panic bar.

When the item says it fits doors of a certain size, what it doesnt tell you is that it is actually quite small itself. If you are looking for this as a replacement it will not work, the push bar is roughly 24-30 inches in length. much shorter than the description. Just be aware of where you are installing it. if it is a new install it will probably work just fine, as a replacement it will not work unless you have a mini push bar already installed on a large door.
