This air seat cushion does a sit-down job. It comes with a handy pump to inflate and deflate whenever you want. The material is soft and comfortable, and the workmanship is exquisite and looks cool. it's not always easy to protect your back. This item has provided relief and aided me in ensuring my happy long hours siting experience everyday.

My wife has been limited in her mobility after sugery and a few falls so she was sitting in a lift chair a lot. To keep from bed sores we tried a variety if items but found this most comfortable and has helped relieved the problem. I suggest not filling with all air.leave it half filled to allow adjustment in support as needed.

Works great for keeping my mom comfortable in an older sofa chair post surgery where she is sitting in it for very long periods with relieving sacral pressure. We did also get a gel one and put it under this for extra support, she did find neither of them were good enough on their own. Inflation has not decreased since initial fill 2 months ago and product is stable and well made.

This seems like a pretty quality product. I've tried another product that had holes in the pattern And it was awful. This sunficon distributes my weight so that I'm not bothered by the pressure sores on my coccyx. Blowing it up took a little more time than the advertised 5-8 minutes,and when you get it pretty inflated and remove the pump, there's a big Phhhspt, where you lose a lot of air before you can get the cap in. This is the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. I've used them before and there is nothing like it. If you have problems with pressure points bothering you you will LOVE this. I'm in a wheelchair and it's been a medical miracle for me! The reason for the 3 stars is the case I received with it. I'd give the case a 2. It's quite expensive to buy so imagine my shock when I put it on my pillow only to find that the handle is terrible. Its very thin and skinny. Its placed in a diagonal across the front if the case, This means that one side is attached to the thicker, sturdier bottom and one side to the thin, flimsy top. This makes it uncomfortable to carry and because it is so thin the flimsy side pulls way up in a pucker that sticks out above the case when you carry it. My previous pillow cover had a regular straight handle sewn to it. This pillow AND the case are NOT returnable unless there us a defect. The first one I recieved, this time, had a handle that was frayed and had a small chunk out of it. I had to return the whole pillow to get a new case. And this is the case I receive? I can't believe that a company that designed such a wonderful pillow could do so badly on the case!!

My wife has Fibromyalgia and suffers from lower back and hip pain. We tried a memory foam cushion but it’s firmness only allowed a short period of comfort. This has not been the perfect solution, but works pleasing well for longer periods of time. We have not experienced leakage that some complain of, it helps to make sure the inflation port is closed well and tucked back into the cushion as designed. Changing the air pressure is a very simple task. Highly recommend.

I used the Dr Ho brand cushion which is identical to this one.The only difference is the air pump valve.The value is great.The Dr Ho cushion was bought on HSN for around $50.00 ,and i had to send it back because of a leak within the time allowed to ship the item back.So far this cushion is great.I use it as a base cushion,and i put another cushion (the one with the back of the cushion open),on top of this one.It really helps with my herniated discs of my back.

I’ve purchased five different questions in the last six months. I actually have two of these. They have been my favorites until I recently purchased a gel type cushion. This item is easily adjustable with the air pump provided. It is not difficult to find a proper inflation amount. It is easily portable, and I take it with me on my wheelchair when I go to Dialysis three times a week. It will always be my go to portable cushion. The design is attractive enough to take it anywhere. Until I purchased my gel type caution, I would have given this five stars.
