I heard this tea will help with cleansing and that's 100% what it does. The taste is actually pretty good with a squirt of liquid stevia in it. I notice when I drink it a couple days in a row, I end up with a weird stomach ache that lingers all day even after using the bathroom. Good for occasional use for cleansing.

If you have a need for a tea to help you with certain body functions, this should help. Just be warned it is “extra strength.” It is a powerful laxative type product. It is called a Dieters Drink on the box. Not exactly sure why. I just know we use this herbal tea whenever necessary and we try to always have a box in the kitchen pantry. If this doesn’t take you to the bathroom, I don’t know what will. I’ve tried Miralax and all types of laxatives and stool softeners, but this is literally the only thing that works. Super effective! I went through surgery recently, so I drank this to help with post-op bloating and constipation. Worked like a charm. You might get a bit of a stomach ache, but once you’ve emptied yourself out it goes away. Highly recommend for stubborn constipation, especially post-surgery.

The product is basically a laxitve that works quicker than the laxitive tablets that u can take that will work overnight. The tea will make u poop a few times within the 6-8 hours after taking it. It states it will help you lose weight. It does not help with weight loss. Only helps if you need to poop. After using only 1 tea bag it will not be effective. You have to add 2 tea bags to one cup after the first time making it.
