I really like it. Quality is fine and it fits my ancient Anubis on the shelf as well. Recommend it if you like ancient Egypt style things.

I always worry that items like this won't be as pretty as the photo. So often, the paint applied is done sloppily and you don't get what you actually wanted. Not in this case. The statuette is very well made and the one I received is as lovely as the photo. I have it on display with my many other cat figurines, and I love it!

This item is so lovely. I am a cat lover and also am obsessed with Ancient Egypt, so this item had some high standards to meet ;)Overall this is a very nice gift. It looks perfectly handmade, just what I like! I cant stand anything that looks like it was made on a production line. The face of Bastet is very subtle but yet so detailed. Give this as a gift to a cat lover and I am sure they will love it just as I do!

The statue is beautiful and the perfect size, the price was good too. I will definitely consider getting it as a gift for a deserving person. It was also securely boxed.

I bring this out during my Egypt unit in 7th Grade Social Studies. It's a small way to engage students who are artistic or love animals.
