Safety First clear plastic gas range knob covers are a great way to keep your family safe. We recently moved into a house with a range stove and was shocked at how easy it is for the gas to turn on accidentally. It happened twice, our whole house smelled like gas, so I bought these. The clear plastic is a sleek design making it look decent. They don’t stick out. Easy to put on. Assembly requires you to open the cover, remove the gas knob, place cover over knob stub, then reattach the knob and close the door. My two year old daughter likes to spin them around but absolutely can’t get them open. Only con is they hang down a tad, so when you open the oven door, the covers hit against the door. Definitely not a deal breaker, just a little annoying. All in all, a great purchase at a great price and has given me some peace of mind!

I like these it’s not a permanent thing. They seem awkward when on because they don’t stick to anything it’s just like a cover over the job so my baby does play with them. However they do their job perfectly and prevent her from getting to the knobs. They also are easy to open and close for easy access to the stove knobs for adults.

We have the cabinet locks and the table bumpers. But that was all we needed for our son. Didn't think I needed these until I did. My son never played with the knobs on the stove before, but one day I smelled gas. I walked over to see the knob was turned slightly but not lit. I turned it off. Without hesitation I ordered these. Came with 5, we only need 4. But extra is nice. Easy to attach. Just remove the stove knob, put the open cover over the hole, replace the knob, and lock the cover. Not super easy to open, but that's a good thing I feel. You have to pinch down on them. Great protection. Good size. Now I don't have to worry about my son messing with the stove, but I also took the opportunity to teach him to be safe. Great product!

If you have a toddler that is obsessed with the stove knobs you need these. They work great to keep the little hands off but are easy to open when you are using the stove.

The knobs themselves were fine, but they did not fit the Viking stove that I was trying to use them on. You are unable to get the knob cover to sit flush with the front of the stove so it doesn’t allow you to turn the knob since it doesn’t fit properly. I read most the product descriptors, but did not see that called out so it might be there, but it was not prominent. I returned them. They were well made, and well packaged and likely would work fine on a traditional gas stove.

I had to buy these for my stove because I kept clipping them when I was leaning over And turning the burners on, I was not used to having the dials at the front of the stove. I can rest a sure now.

passen nicht bei unserem herd weil zu gross. ausserdem muss man die knöpfe so fest drauf stecken, dass man diese dann mit dem riesen aufsatz drehen und somit den !elektroherd" aufdrehen kann. sogar noch besser weil man dadurch ein höheres drehmoment hat... also vollkommen ungeeignet ausser für gasherd wo die knöpfe einen gewissen abstand haben.

These are great clear stove knob covers! They fit perfectly, and the locking mechanism works perfectly too. The material is strong and durable. I even taped mine to the stove for extra security-a simple DIY that works great! Highly recommend for child safety.
