Teflon as heck! I've never seen a teflon-er tape in my life!
Easy to put on, easy to remove because I put it on the wrong way when I was putting on my new showerhead. Water wishes it could get around this stuff, but it can't. My shower would be a barren desert if not for all the water that goes the correct way, thanks to this tape.

I should have tried this a long time ago!
Yep… there’s a difference in tape but I had to be convinced. I thought no matter what brand or thickness I purchased it was just wrapping more around the threads would do it. I’m not a plumber but I do buy homes, live in them for 2-years, make all required repairs/improvements and then see it. Seems every house needed major plumbing work so I just purchased the cheapest 10-packs of Teflon tape I could find and kept wrapping tape until the leak stopped… or changed out the fittings. The added thickness to this tape makes for a better seal but it does not tear off easily. I’m happy with it but had to go with 4-stars because of the difficulty in tearing it off and the ragged end that is left. If you’re prone to cutting it with scissors then it’s a 5-star item. I think it is much better for metal threads because they tend to cut away the tape more when threading fittings together.

So many uses!
Not much difference among Teflon tapes -- all are just terrific for screw-on plumbing connections. But so many other uses! I use old Ball canning jars for left over paint (can choose size to fit the amount of left over paint) and seal the lids with Teflon tape. No more skin on old paint. Outdoor hose couplings... we keep it in the workshop and the shed.

PTFE Teflon Tape
It works. It's cheap and it does the job right. For the majority of non-plumbers out there, you will probably buy this for an odd job and have the tape in your tool-kit for the rest of your life. This stuff is super-thin and does the job of making threads leak-proof.When installing a new fixture, make sure the read the instruction manual to see how many layers they recommend. In this case, more isn't always better, from what I've seen, wrapping it 2 or 3 times are usually the best. One tip is to apply the tape in the same directions as the threads, which makes sure the tape makes a good seal when the connection gets tightened. You'll know if you did it the wrong way as the tape will start to bunch up, but don't worry, you'll have plenty extra!

they are like they appear
I was a bit worried that these rolls were not as full as the photos show, especially at this price. I was pretty much expecting a small amount of tape on the roll, like you see at the big ox stores. The tape was delivered today and I was pleasantly surprised with very full rolls, just like the photos. The tape is just like all the other Teflon tape I've ever used, but at a great price.

This is some pretty good tape
I know all the tape you get should be to the same Mil-Spec standard, but this stuff does stand out. I work in a lab, and so a majority of what I work with are brass and stainless steel fittings, normally on NPT fitting smaller than a half inch, and with those kinds of fittings, the quality of tape makes a real difference. Top it off with the great price. Stuff's unbeatable

Use 10%, waste 90%
Total junk. This stuff is so thin, it's nearly impossible to wrap around anything as it tends to wrap around itself and wont keep flat. I've been using tape like this for many years, but this stuff is like a single molecule in thickness. Too much ends up wasted.

Cheap and Fast.
Surprised with the price! And fast shipping.I didn't thing that plumbing work can wait for online shopping for tape but it was my case. Garden hose got bad leak, stop watering for 2 day and the 3rd, everything is back. So pleased! (My family admired me so much for a very cheap and quick service compared to finding a handy man :D)
