Wow - comparable to other top brands! Really suprised.
I have purchased a range of stainless steel pans from reputable brands including Made In (5 ply), Demeyere (Proline 7 Ply ), Le Creuset (both their Classic and Signature pans), Ninja (Everclad), and ProCook (Signature). This is my first Cuisinart pan, and I’m already very impressed with its quality and sturdiness. Having owned and tried multiple stainless steel pans across a range of brands and price points, this 8-inch pan stands out immediately. At around £35, it feels too well to be true. The construction is solid, and for anyone familiar with using stainless steel pans, it performs beautifully. Out of all the pans I own - if I had to pick one - I'd pick to have this in the full 12-piece set, no questions asked. The combination of price, build, and performance makes it a standout in its category. Cons: If I really need to knit pick on something then I'd say it's slightly (ever so slightly) on the heavier side, though nowhere near the heft of cast iron or Demeyere Proline pans. This is minor and doesn’t affect usability. For the thickness it is expected and easily over seeable espeically if you don't own as many pans as me to compare it to. It terms of stickiness, cooking, and burtness, it works great. For any review that complain about these, they just lack the skill and knowledge. Remember SS pans require some learning, but once you get use to it, it is the best type of pans you will come across which are easy to clean, cook with and maintain effortlessly.

If used rightly, the food sticks to the pan only slightly. However, it's a nightmare to clean this pan. I always soak this pan after cooking or frying in soapy water but it's always a pain to clean even if it has been soaked. I have not had these problems from other steel saucepans or pans from lesser known brands.

Pros: good design for the skillet, excellent design for the handle, light weight (although this can be considered a disadvantage as usually for stainless steel the heavier the better), handle doesn’t heat, when seasoned well, it is non-stick, and makes great steak and fish. Cons: the grade of the stainless steel isn’t mentioned anywhere, I am not sure if it is 18/10, I even sent to the company and asked them but they didn’t reply, color changed on the first use, and after second use it got stained in both inner and outer surfaces, the stains in the inner surface was almost removed by cleaning with metallic dish-washing wire and vinger, but left scratches on it, whereas I failed to clean the outer surface

Cooking using stainless pans takes a little getting used to and this one is no different. Food does stick if you’re not careful (and could be a pain to clean) but once you get the hang of it, it’s really nice. The pan is well crafted and feels very solid to hold and work with. Only tried stovetop so far and it’s been great.
