I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with macarons because we were talking about going to France a couple of days ago. I thought it would be a fun and yummy gift to inspire us to pursue traveling again after the quarantine covid-19 year we had.Anyway, the macarons arrived so quick! So quick that we didn't even know it was outside our door until we were leaving to go to work. We quickly opened the package and set the box in the fridge (we were sad because we thought it had melted but didn't have the time to check it). Finally we opened the box after work and tried the macarons. Even after being outside in the sun, the macarons still held its shape and it tastes so good!!! It's flavorful and not too sweet. We can't travel to France at the moment but these will do for now. :)

I was more than surprised when i took my first bite. It's the flavors on the taste buds. So natural , so real. Many times I bite into a product and it screams artificial flavoring. Not so with these little gems. i am buying another box. For me only. My special treat.

A good friend told me about this excellent bakery in San Diego, Le Parfait. Since I am on the East Coast, visiting it is not exactly easy - so when I found out you could buy their macarons on Amazon, I jumped at the chance, and they did not disappoint! They arrived well packed in a cute little cooler bag with an ice pack. The bag will be great to reuse as a lunch bag. The macaroons themselves are amazing little melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness with just the right amount of creaminess in the center. So good! I'm delighted these are available on Amazon -- these will tide me over until I can get out to San Diego and try some more of their yummy confections.

I first tried a red one - all I could taste was sugar. Even looking at the list of flavors, I couldn't tell you what it was. Then I tried a brown one. It did taste like chocolate. But the sugar was very grainy. tried a different color, again, no flavor at all. Just sugar. I'm done trying to find flavor in these. So disappointing. A complete waste of money.UPDATE: Customer service returned every penny I spent on this without my asking. Customer service this good is proud of their product. So, I'm thinking I just got a bad batch. If I ever need to buy more macarons, I will not hesitate to use this company again. I would bet that I'll get a better product, and if not, I know it will be taken care of promptly.

I thought that the cookies could be a little tastier. The price was also somewhat excessive.

Great gift to give anyone who likes macaroons. Value was acceptable for how many there were in the box.The sad part would be that they can be broken easily in the box.Thank you very much and God bless the wonderful company who many them.

pros:okay the taste is amazing!beautiful colors!good varietycons:4/24 cookies were broken to the point where can't be served5/24 were cracked but we still put them out3/24 melted but presentablepackaging could have been better so they wouldn't shake around as much. ice packs were put in but were hot when I got them maby dry Ice and bubble wrap would be better.would buy again but in cooler weather

I bought four boxes. One as an anniversary gift for my husband, one as a birthday gift for myself, and two as birthday gifts for my sisters. And we all loved them! We loved that it came with a flavor guide to see what we were trying, and the packaging was so well done that the macarons were intact during arrival and sending. Will definitely buy again as Mother's Day approaches. Thank you!
