My doctor told me about these. I had been taking ambien every few days. My son is a pharmacist and told me they can lead to early onset dementia. At 73 I sure didn’t want to take a chance so gave these a try. I literally went cold turkey successfully to get off the ambien! I still get up in the night to use the restroom but these work great!
