Wagner's 53002 Farmer's Delight Wild Bird Food with Cherry Flavor, 10-Pound Bag

If you happen to live in the Midwest (Iowa/Nebraska) and are trying to attract Cardinals, grosbeak and goldfinch, this stuff is great. Only negative things would be that it also attracts woodpeckers (not what we want around) and the sack rips unbelievably easy. Be careful when opening or you’ll have the entire bag on the floor in a second! But the birds gobble it up and seem to look forward to it.

I have been buying this the whole year since I found it. The birds love it. Good quality & nice cherry smell. The birds come out to feast as soon as I fill up the feeder. The size is perfect for my needs. I mix it with more sunflower seeds which I purchase separately to increase the size; but please don't change anything in this 10 lb bag, since it is perfect !

Wagner’s Farmer’s Delight Wild Bird Food with Cherry Flavor is a great all-around seed mix that attracts a wide variety of backyard birds. The blend looks fresh and well-balanced, and the birds took to it quickly. The cherry flavor is a nice touch and seems to help draw birds in without being overpowering. I’ve seen consistent activity from multiple species, and there’s very little waste compared to cheaper mixes with lots of filler. The 10-pound bag is a good size and offers solid value for regular feeding. If you’re looking for a dependable wild bird food that keeps feeders busy and birds coming back, this mix works exactly as advertised and is a great choice.

I have no idea what makes this seed mix so special, but the birds in my neighborhood FLOCK to my feeder when I put it out. My neighbor that also feeds the birds, even asked what the heck I’m doing! (And mind, this neighbor was reigning queen of the bird monopoly. ALL the birds went to HER yard, but oh how the tables have turned.) I predominantly get mourning doves and house sparrows, the occasional finch or cardinal, and they all seem happy with this seed. Even the squirrels enjoy it. The mix looks nice with what seems like a wide variety of seed, and it never lasts long in my feeder. The feeder will be ‘licked clean’ by nightfall (obviously not literally ‘licked clean.’) Good for the birds, they’re happy, but I feel for whoever is delivering all these seed orders! (But the birds are happy, feathered friends that no longer use my vehicle as their latrine.)

Birds and squirrels love this stuff. Amazon delivery was on time an d excellent.

Got these to add to my window bird feeder. Birds love it. Attracts many different birds. Definitely looks fresh unlike others I've ordered that look like its been sitting somewhere collecting dust.
