This is a horrible item, you see in the title the words I saw AIR CONDITIONER it is not!! It is something you put water in and it pumps out warm air. If I still had the box I would have returned it. Do not waste your money and it is a waste!!

Very poor product. I have a small room and it doesn’t even cool it down. Still hot. Do not buy this product. Go ahead and buy a window AC because it will work better. Does not do what it is supposed to do which is to make room cool.

This product is NOT an Air Conditioner (A/c) & it should not be sold or marketed (described) as a cooler or Air condition system. Poor functionality - must constantly refill with water and ice packs melt too quickly. DON'T BUY THIS ITEM IF YOUR LOOKING FOR AN AIR CONDITION SYSTEM. Fan is very weak. Either defective and/or poor design. Still waiting for REFUND from seller.

I disliked this machine because it did not cool my apartment at all. I spent almost 200 dollars and it was mint a good product.
