Recieved in perfect condition. My first contigo purchase was from canada and i am using it since 4 years. IT IS PERFECT. I was scepticle abt buying from amazon india but i took a chance and they r original contigo mugs. As for the brand, their mugs are PERFECT. No leak. Keeps hot/cold. Easy to use, easy to clean. Fits in purse. 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Contigo does not need any more reviews. Good class. Coffee stays warm for 6-7 hours. Exceptional design. Sometimes a bit inconvenient when the road is bumpy but dine otherwise. If you see a deal and need one just pick it up!!!!

We have been using two of these for at least 3 to 4 years now, and finally decided to buy another one as a gift. For past 3 years, I have used it almost every single day (and it gets washed every day as well). It is completely leak proof (as long as you close the lid tightly) and keeps my coffee hot for 4-5 hours or so (so it's not exactly 7 hours that it claims, but that's fine). Washing it is a bit difficult in Indian houses (that don't have a dish washer), as we generally don't have a way to clean those, so we generally try to wash its cap in boiling / hot water for a few minutes around every 3 days so that it remains clean of residuals/germs etc. All in all a nice product, will order more.

Best keep warm travel mug ever! NO leaks, and keeps coffee hot for hours. I have bought several more as gifts, because we have enjoyed ours so much. A quality travel mug for a reasonable price! Fits perfectly in the drink holder in my car. Has a rubber grip area, which works as it should. Definitely recommend!! Lots of fun colors that have a matching color on the leakproof lid which makes it easy to identify!

I've always been a huge fan of Contigo products and this travel mug is no exception. It's highly durable and looks great. I've seen some other reviews saying that the seal is too tight and hard to open, which leads me to think that some mugs end up with a tighter seal than others. I find it easy to open with one hand and it is still completely leak free when closed. I bought the 20oz and I wasn't sure it would be big enough, but the product picture makes it look smaller than it is. It fits at least an extra large coffee. It keeps coffee incredibly hot for an extremely long time. I'd been throwing away lots of coffee recently because I tend to sip away at it slowly so it always got cold halfway through the mug. Definitely not having that problem anymore! It stays piping hot for at least four or five hours and is still more than warm for hours after that. If you have a mouth that's sensitive to temperature extremes (like me) I'd recommend trying to leave the lid off for a minute or two after filling it up. I've scalded my mouth a couple times because it keeps stuff so incredibly hot. Another nice bonus is that the outside of the mug doesn't change temperature at all. The only teeny downside is that it can be a bit tricky to clean. I have small hands and there's no way I could get into the mug with a sponge as it is quite narrow. I have a great dish brush so it doesn't bother me but just something aware of for people who prefer to use a sponge for dishes.

I purchased this mug based on positive reviews and I was not disappointed. It keeps my coffee hot for hours and I love the sleek, classic style and superior quality craftsmanship. It fits comfortably in my hand and is not heavy despite the fact it holds 20 ounces. The lid is easy to use and doesn't drip. It also comes with clear care and cleaning instructions. A winner!
