Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have used Victorinox knives for years (at least 10). They are the best, stay sharp the longest, and are easy to find in the knife drawer with their colorful handles.

At one time I thought it would be a good idea to invest in expensive knives. They're beautiful but what knife is my favorite? THIS ONE! This is a great little knife! It's super sharp, it's feels balanced in my hand, and it's just the right size for a quick kitchen job. And the best part is that it's NOT expensive!

These are really great knives! I use them in the kitchen and at work (not the same knife!). At home, they cut steak like butter and tomatoes with ease. At work, I am a floral designer and use these to cut stems with no problem at all! They are extremely sharp, so be careful. Just a little slip can cause a good cut. I highly recommend!

When I buy a new one of these knives I am always amazed at how sharp they are. So be careful, it’s very easy to nick your finger! I have been buying these knives for 30 years. I always have 3 on hand and after a few years they do get dull. I am completely sold on the serrated edge for a paring knife, they slice everything with ease, and I love them for slicing tomatoes.
