This is the only brownie pan you’ll ever really need. I have the bakers edge brownie pan which I love. However I wanted a pan like this which was a bit smaller and that would cut up the brownies for me. I Simply just grease the pan and the inserts with my cooking spray like Pam and I inserted the batter. Once the batter is in you simply put the divider into the pan and you bake it in the oven. I let it cool on the counter for 20 minutes before I took the divider out. It was effortless and easy and there were no issues. It’s really nice since all the edges are nice and crunchy and well cooked. The pan cooks really evenly and well. I would have to say these were amazing brownies. I did a cream cheese brownie with chocolate chips. I do have the Nordic Ware bite-size brownie pan that was totally pointless. The brownies got stuck in there and wouldn’t come out and I was very disappointing. So after buying this pan I would definitely recommend it to anyone. You can do brownies, cakes in them, bars like rice crispy treats. I will definitely be getting another one. Forget all about the other bite-size pounds which are a pain in the bottom to clean and get the brownies out. This is a really great pan . It cleans up really easily. I would not put it in the dishwasher. I simply wash it by hand and let it dry. It’s going to be a great workhorse. Hope this helps

I have always wanted one of these pans. We have 4 kids and always making treats. This make it so much easier. From the ease of prepping ...I used Crisco the very first time. (Wipes down the pan and it’s tray insert) I will try a spray next time. I also do the oil spray and flour dusting method. Honestly it’s so nicely coated with a non-stick coating it may not even need a spray but I don’t want to tempt fate...haha. I do suggest washing it right away and not letting it soak in water after u finish with pan. I didn’t have any issues getting brownies out of pan. Make sure to use plastic non scratching tools when using pan. U don’t want it to get scratched. I am going to get another one of these I love it so much! My kids love adding in some weird brownie toppings and this tray insert enables each kid to make their own personal brownies. If I may suggest to just be careful of the tray insert. It can bend easily. I would save the cardboard insert it comes with too so when not in use U are protecting the pan from getting scratched. 💝 for those of u that make medicated brownies like we do this also cuts things evenly and helps keeps your dosing more accurate.

No greasing required, insert lifts right out ( I let the pan cool first). Brownies lift out with no crumbs, perfect pieces. I’ll be ordering more for gifts. Next I’ll try cornbread in it.

Love how easy it is to now have cleanly-cut brownies in fairly equal sizes. Size given is not accurate - the opening is 11" X 7" at the widest (top). This is a game changer if you frequently bake brownies or messier cookie bars. Caveat: lightly spray the divider with oil (i.e., PAM) before inserting.

Just used this tonight and am very pleased. I sprayed the entire pan including the dividers with Pam and all of the brownies came out perfect. It was nice to be able to do different types of brownies at the same time. Just bought another one! My only recommendation would be to make sure the brownie mix is somewhat even. I didn't wait long enough and my ends came out much thinner, but totally my fault. I wish they would make something like this for regular cakes...

I thought this pan would streamline my brownie baking but instead I found it actually made more work. Each brownie is really small, too small for my family. The pan seems shallower than a regular brownie pan. I though I was going to get nice crisp edged, uniform brownies, but I didn't. The brownies kind of cooked over the tops of the grate which made them difficult to remove and they had jagged edges. Having read previous review I sprayed the divider with oil but it didn't seem to help very much. The pan itself was easy to clean, the divider not so much.

This is much higher quality than expected I'm happy to say. It is well made using quality materials. For my wife and I we also like that it makes perfectly portioned servings which makes it easier to control your intake. One important thing is that using this pan will definitely affect the baking times. Nothing I would consider a flaw just something to be aware of. We both love this pan all things considered and would recommend it to everyone.

I am NOT a good baker, but I have had very good success with this pan. I have made caramel brownies in it several times. I put the divider in before I bake, and I have had no issues. I LOVE the uniform size of all the pieces. It is s so neat and organized compared to the way I cut them myself! It does take a tiny bit of effort to prepare the divider for the dishwasher, but good things are worth it. I put both the pan and the divider in the dishwasher. I just bought a second pan to give to a friend. I think that says it all if I am giving it as a gift.....
