Q: Is this greasy or super oily?

No it's not. It's a great product to have to just do a touch up. Holds the hair well. It's also not smaller than advertised, it is clear that it's a small product. However this product has lasted more almost a year.

Q: How can I get the cap off?

Hold the dial and pull the cap.

Q: Does it help define curls?

I will say it is kind of heavy so I use it to slick back my curls! I do think if you use it right tho you could shape them you would probably still have to use a comb or some other technique to redefine! It doesn’t get hard tho it almost has a “Vaseline-like” consistency but much thicker!! Hope that helps!!

Q: Why does it take so long to ship?
