Use sparingly. There are no instructions.
The jar looked small for the price but the contents went a long way. Did it work? Not of itself but I found in conjunction with another cream it did seem to function. Don't expect miracles; they won't happen. Perhaps will work well with anti-androgen medication taken with it.
