They arrived as expected. They were bigger than expected, but they still worked for the purpose I needed. I washed the in my washing machine. No problem.

Too small
The media could not be loaded. You really need 1.5 of these to fit across the length of most (U.S.) mop heads. It does clean well and did not come apart in the washing machine though!

Really great mop and refills
The original mop and pads were awesome. I was so happy that the replacement pads were just as well constructed. In the past, some refills on products seem to be built cheaper than the original but, happily, these were great.
