Teff flour is a fantastic gluten free flour that is not that well known, but is delicious.

Bought this to make injera and it came out perfectly, I've never made it before so I was impressed with the taste and texture from this flour.

I usually get my Teff Flour from another company. but they haven't had stock for quite a few months. I found this on Amazon, and decided to give them a try. I bake bread with it and they turned out well, Good quality, and reasonable price. I would definitely buy it again.

I ordered this product as it was in a recipe I wanted to try. Totally suprised by the taste as I had no idea what I was ordering. The cake turned out amazing, moist and tasty and it felt healthy!

Have only used it for making Injera so far. Has a different flavour to wheat, which takes a bit of getting used to, but is very nice.

Ma è teff!? Il pacchetto amazon era apero il contrnuto integro per fortuna credo dipenda proprio da Amazon. Aspetto del contenuto è quello della crusca tostata e macinata, anche il gusto è uguale alla crusca mista a pula tostata , la macinatura è grossolana non sembra fatta con un mulino professionale ma con un macina caffè casalingo.
