I have a bum left knee due to repeated gout flareups, a couple of which warranted ER visits. As a result, even when in between flare ups, this knee was ALWAYS sore, stiff, and often mildly inflamed. This went on for 5-6 years. I experimented with various supplements but could never find the one tailored for me. I began using this product approximately 90 days ago, to the tune of 5X per week (just on work days with my lunch....my "Old Man Juice" as I call it). Despite not using it daily, that nagging, years-long pain is gone. Finally!!! I noticed improvement in about 3 weeks and realized I was pain free in approximately 6 weeks. Climbing in/out of heavy equipment is no longer a painful, excruciating event. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is very sweet. So I often use just a single scoops vs. two. It is also my habit to mix it with a single packet of orange flavored EmergenC vitamin supplement. And it's much easier to drink this supplement vs. swallowing huge horse pills LOL. And as a side note (am this may be purely coincidental), I haven't suffered a rip roaring goat flare up since I began using this product. This stuff works for me, and I will never be without it!

I just received this, so I can't review how well it works, but the orange taste was strong, so I added a little more water, and then it was fine. By the way, the first thing I did was used a spoon to scoop out the scoop that was at the bottom under all the powder.

I would drink it as a refreshing drink even without the health aspects. Best very cold, pour it over ice.

I was getting worried that the big horse pills of most Glucosamine/Chondroitin would get stuck in my throat and choke me so, I got this powder from. I like the ease of drinking it but, the taste takes some getting used to. It is very sweet and different.

The taste is good, much easier than swallowing several pills. Seems to be helpful with my aches and pains. I too did not receive a scoop in the package. I did weigh it out though 10 g is 1 tablespoon. So a serving size is 1 tablespoon.

Overall I liked prior versions of this glucosamine. The flavor of my last order is quite off. The orange flavor is off-putting at the regular concentration so I have to water it down to drink it. Can't find an easy way to contact seller through Amazon so leaving a review for feedback purposes.

I love this Glucosamine! It makes it so much easier to take than tablets. Most Glucosamine supplements come in large pills but, this powder makes it so much easier to take my glucosamine and it also has collagen. I take it along with MSN powder so the orange flavor hides the bitterness of the MSN powder. I had started having problems with my left knee and taking this supplement really helps manage the discomfort and pain.
