I'm so surprised, since virtually nothing works as advertised. Yes, the adhesive properties get weaker over time. They suggest putting tape over it. Luckily I didn't need to do that. I've used it probably 10 nights and the scars (which are 9 months old and keloid-type) have faded substantially. I only use them at night when I don't move so much so they stick better. Also I put them on and then gently rub on them, smooth them. I really can't believe the difference. I paid for these, didn't get them for free. Worth every $

I had a grease splash burn on my face. I used this for three days and it really healed fast. Nope it will not stay applied by itself, or the tape they send you...just get medical paper tape and apply. I truly believe I would have had a scar without this. Rapidly increases healing time. Be aware of what you're allergic to, as always.

Expensive but worth the investment. Recommended by my physical therapist and has greatly reduced the appearance of my scar. Highly recommend.

These do not last as long as they box states. After intermittent use, I had to throw them away after 2 weeks.
