The insoles are quite soft and the magnets help alleviate some of my foot pain. Will continue to use. UPDATE: while these appear to work with the pain, sadly the magnets fall off after a few weeks of wearing. They should be attached better.

This deserves a 100% refund. The magnets fall out so easily and they are not easy to use. Cheap as one could possibly imagine in quality. Never ever ordering from this seller again.

Do not care for them. They have felt under them ,that came apart and the magnets started to coming out ...

Do not buy these they cause pain and sores on the soles of your feet. The ball bearing magnets are exposed and cut into the soles of my feet to the point that I had trouble even putting my feet on the ground. I have worn magnet soles for 20 years but the magnets were buried in an insole cushion. These are too thin and do not really support the foot and also they were wearing out within a couple of weeks whereas magnet sole I bought before lasted years and never irritated the skin. I would send them back but the first of the two pairs are already mishapen and used up after only a few times wearing them

It fitted perfect to my shoes size 12

Waste my money is not what I was aspected.
