Strong and sturdy, effective at dishing out salad at the wedding.

I love these salad tongs! Purchased to replace a black set that lasted me several years. I can take these to picnics, potlucks or parties and not worry about losing them knowing they are so easy to replace. They are made out of heavy duty plastic, lightweight, and they come apart for easy storage and washing. These can be washed by hand or top rack of the dishwasher. The handle size fits and is comfortable for small and large hands as kids and adults can easily use these!

These tongs are certainly easy to use and clean and have served their purpose well. However, after about a year (your experience may vary), one piece will likely break. I am now purchasing my third set as they do the job. They are supposed to be top-rack dishwasher safe and that is how I have treated them thus far but this year I will hand wash only to see if they last any longer.

These salad tongs work fine, but they came apart a couple of times while I was using them.

I bought these as a replacement for a pair of salad scissor tongs I've had for many years that finally broke. They don't feel quite as sturdy as my olds ones did, but that doesn't surprise me since they don't make things like they used to. Not sure if they'll last as long as my old ones did, but the quality seems pretty good for the price. I really like the fact that they come apart for cleaning and storing like my old ones did.

Just what I was looking for. Great value, good quality.
