As effective for me as a full on shock mount - at a fraction of the size
Using this to reduce vibrations picked up from a cantilever boom mount. Works very well. Has eliminated noise coupled from the desk it's attached to.

Effectively reduces the amount of bad noise. Ideal for piano stands with incorporated mic stand (the owners of this will know what it is).

Truly appalling - broke in seconds
This cheap, inflatable mount burst the second I inserted my Shure SM58 microphone.It looks bulky and poorly designed - but the evidently low-quality materials are the biggest issue here.Definitely look elsewhere!
