Nothing came broken. The product is packaged in layers, bubble wrap then two layers of plastic wrap. The napkins are very nice. The Gold color trim on the napkins is slightly darker for my liking. This is a lightweight set, if your looking for a heavy feel dinnerware then this isn’t for you. It is a pretty set, and yes there are a few light scratch marks on the gold trim on several plates. If I want to bother with returning this set it would be over the small plates because I have raised circles on every plate, must have happened in the manufacturing process. For a low key sweet 16 birthday party it’s spot on that type of quality.

Absolutely LOVED this set!! I didn’t expect much because I felt like they were inexpensive for what I got but I was very happy with them! Very elegant and added a nice element to our company Christmas party!! There were 2 broken forks but thankfully we didn’t need them. I would suggest maybe adding at least a couple of extra forks, just in case they break. Most people could be fine without a knife or spoon but not a fork. But overall, very, very happy with my purchase!!

Very nice made. Not thin or cheap made. Could even be reused if you opted to wash. The plastic is as thick or about as thick as a correlle brand dinner plate. The napkins aren't amazing but I chose to buy another set to go with the rest of the dinnerware. Would def recommend for large gatherings.

I wasn’t expecting much for plastic plates, but when put all together with a gold charger and flowers—wow! The plates are thin, yet sturdy, the napkins are very thick towelettes, the cups have a nice gold rim, and the utensils are a nice chrome gold color which is exactly what we were looking for (they don’t look like plastic from a couple of feet away). There are some imperfections (minor scratches) on some of the gold rims on the plates, but again, they are plastic and overall a very good buy for getting a complete set with everything you need for 50 people.

This set was beautiful and the price was fantastic! The plates are extremely thin so I would recommend using a charger with them. The cutlery was not very sturdy and a few forks broke during eating. I always order extra so it was easily replaced. Overall I was satisfied with this purchase for the price.

It’s a good set with lots of plates, cups, silverware, napkins included. The napkins are nice thick material, the plates/silverware/cups aren’t too thick but better than paper plates.

We ordered these when we realized we did not have enough plates for the salad and appetizers. It was same cost to buy this full set instead of 25 of each item. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of all items. It is comparable to others costing more. We used these for a turkey and ham dinner, with mashed potatoes and gravy, etc. held up well. Silverware did not have the nub from manufacturing that digs into your palm like silverware from another company had. Mistakenly put in microwave oven. DON'T MICROWAVE, my bad, the gold will flash. The cups, silverware, plates, napkins all very good quality. I did put a plate and a spoon in the dishwasher top rack, came out fine. It did seem a shame to throw most of it away, but it made for very easy clean up after a pleasant meal for a large group.
