not the best for using on a furnace

I really want to share, but my fingers are burned and I can't type.

I ordered 2 pairs for smelting copper casting with propane foundry 10 kg and this work great . They fit comfortable and no problems with high temperature heating on my arms was felt . i liked the way they came up to my elbows for added safety.

The insulation in the gloves works OK and provides adequate protection from grill handling. I have not used these gloves for industrial protection. The aluminum coating started flaking off soon after purchase, and has increased after years of use. The IR reflective aspect does not work. Overall, not recommended; do not work as advertised.

but for the right application... I read some reviews of complaints in certain areas of use for my use, working with high them cooking, 200k Btu gas burners they work great, protects forearms and hands in my work, I do not hold the hot item for long periodds of time, so YMMV based on your work... so my 4.5 rating is for my use only, not suggesting these gloves are perfect for every application...

They are made well but they do not fit well you have no finger movement but very well made
