Dear Customer, The producer The British Dispensary (L.P.) Co., Ltd. don't put any seal on their products because they are packed in a strong aluminum box, which is not easy to open and gives strong protection

Q: What is the snowflake rating from the side of the can?

I used Google translator to assist in the answer...the snowflakes depict the cooling level. The lavender powder has a cooling level of 3, the original (red color) has a rating of 5. I have used it for years, first purchased in Thailand...it works really well. A very fine powder, nice aroma, and really helps with heat rashes.
