I have had back problems in the past, but I haven't had any since I started using this 15 minutes daily. And it's really beautiful!

This tool gives my chest, upper and thorasic back, even my hips, an utterly intense feeling of opening and relaxation. I must begin slowly creeping up the bolster (I cannot just drape myself over, but must inch my way along it gently). I suggest going slowly and gently experimenting with the upper back bolster because of the incredible powerful sensations it allows in the body.

complete waste of money, cheap wood, has no impact on upper back. I had already payed around £35 for delivery, ended up paying extra £35 to receive item. A waste of £150, complete con!

This product is great after a stressful morning/afternoon/evening/DAY. When you lie down on it, your whole upper back cracks beautifully back into alignment and your chest, neck and shoulders automatically feel so much lighter. A lot of us are walking around with our shoulders hunched over from stress or just being tired. Spending five to ten minutes on this and doing some gentle breathing exercises really corrects that hunched-over, cramped, stuffy feeling in the chest and over time, I have noticed that it has visibly improved my posture.I haven't found anything else that really stretches the back this way. Plus it's a great way to stretch without exerting too much energy. You get to just lie down and the pillow basically does the stretching for you!I love it and haven't found anything else like it for my upper-back issues.Thank you!

The older version was bit heavy but this is not. It is handier too.The effect is great!After long hour sitting, I stretch my back by using this item.I feel I get taller and straightened so much!I highly recommend this item to all!
