Is it first cold pressed ? is cold pressed and cold extracted are same ?

The description mentions cold extracted. That guarantees the best qualities for the oil. The terminology extracted vs pressed is a bit confusing. Cold extracted oil could be extracted by pressure OR by centrifuge, while cold pressed oil is obtained exclusively by pressure. It really does not matter much, the quality is the same providing the process is exempt of any additive and at low temperature (cold extracted, cold pressed). This being said I am an olive grower myself, and I occasionally buy this oil for its great taste. I do recommend this product without hesitation.

What is the difference between your two products? I find it very confusing. Are they both organic?

Dear Miroslava, Thank you for your interest in our products. Yes, both the 2 different November products (Black bottle and Green-Black label bottles and tin) are 100% Organic and certified. Although the are both premium early harvests and of high quality, the black bottle has been harvested even earlier (Oct 2020), while the green/black labeled bottles and tin are harvested in (Nov 2020). Early Harvest olive oils require a significantly higher quantity of Olives to produce the same quantity of Oil that a later harvest would need (Dec-Jan-Feb olives are more mature and are able to provide more quantity of olive oil per olives used). For this reason the early harvest olive oils are usually more expensive, but they come with higher concentration on health benefits (polyphenols) and quality characteristics. In addition to the added health benefits, early harvest olive oils have a longer shelf life than ripened harvest olive oils because the antioxidant properties of the polyphenols slow the onset of rancidity. The Oct 2020 product is our Premium Early Harvest product enjoying very high-quality characteristics and has been bottled at a premium dark bottle to protect the olive from light and oxidation. can it be used for the Nemechek protocol?

Yes, November Organic Olive Oils are produced to achieve high Health benefits, thus is very rich product in polyphenols and more than exceeds the COOC standards that are suggested by Nemechek protocol.

Why is the acidity information not listed on the bottle?

Dear Miroslava, thank you for your interest in our products. The acidity and characteristics of each harvest are different as this is a natural product and the final characteristics (including acidity) are different every year based on the weather and special conditions of each harvest period. It would not be Eco-friendly and cost-efficient to only use the labels printed for one harvest year. However, November family receives for every harvest year an analysis and certification by independent labs, which we communicate in our listings and share with our clients. This year's harvest (Nov 2020) of November Organic with the Green-Black label had acidity of 0.31% and the Earlier harvest (Black label - October 2020) had acidity level of 0.24%.
