Reliable Little Printer for Quick, Beautiful Photos
The Canon Selphy CP720 may be an older model now, but it still prints amazing quality photos. The colors come out bright, sharp, and clean without any streaks or smudges. It’s perfect for printing small 4x6 photos right at home without needing to use a big printer or go to a store. It’s very easy to use — just load the paper cartridge, insert the ink ribbon, and press print. The menu is simple, and the printer is lightweight enough to move around or store when not in use. It also works great with KP-36IP paper packs. For a compact photo printer, the reliability and print quality are impressive. If you need fast, high-quality prints without any hassle, the Selphy CP720 is still a great little machine.

I love the printer
I love the printer. I was disappointed that the ink cartridge only printed 2 photos.. Luckily I had extra ink cartridge. Also it did not come with the tray to put the photo cards in. I had my old one. The printer itself is great. I had my other one for 5 years.

Quick prints, pretty good quality.
This printer makes a photo print in less than 1 minute and the quality is pretty good. We noticed the color is a bit off from true color, but if you want truly accurate color reproduction, go to a photo lab! Complaint #1: You need to be careful about getting dust in the printer and on the paper, because any dust/lint/hair will stay on the prints. Complaint #2: The paper tray is hard to keep in correct alignment. If you don't get it just right, it won't print. Complaint #3: The ink/paper that comes with the printer is only enough for 5 prints. So you need to immediately buy more ink/paper. Praise#1: The ink/paper packs print exactly the number of prints they claim, due to how the technology works. You will know the exact cost per print depending on how much you pay for the ink/paper pack. Praise#2: You can see the photo you are about to print on the screen. Praise#3: You can send your photos to the printer in a many different ways (direct from camera, from memory card, via computer). Praise#4: The printer is very portable and compact. Easy to put away when not in use.

Terrific -- when it works
Perhaps I got a bad apple, but so far I think this product is terrible. They only give you enough ink and paper for five prints, which is fine if it actually would print said five prints. Mine jammed constantly, from the first time I ran it through. I'm not even sure why it said it was "jammed" as the paper seemed to come out fine, it just stopped working. I got one print total, and afterwards couldn't get it to do anything. Apparently when you get a "jam", even if none of the ink appears on the photo paper, the printer is using up the ink ribbon (how I've no idea, there wasn't a drop of ink on my very blank photo paper). My ink ribbon went dry while I still have 4 of the blank sheets left. Hardly a value. Seems if it jams at all, you essentially lose the ink portion involved as well, and per my experience, the rest of the ink ribbon entirely. I will admit the one picture I got was very nice, photo-lab quality, but this seems to be a machine that has a whole lot of potential for wasted money.

Printer did not work
I received the package it was packed with everything in it...once I connected it...and attached the paper it would not print..it showed that the ink was out...once I tried to take the empty ink cartridge out...it would not pop out...what a dissatisfied customer...I can't use this.. it will not come out..
