Good Addition to Your Beauty Toolkit
It works. Intuitive, easy to use. Just twist and pull. Painless on my neck, a little discomfort on chin and cheeks and a bit of a sting on my upper lip. Great for peach fuzz. I don’t have much in the way of more serious facial hair but don’t see why it wouldn’t work. A great addition to your beauty arsenal along with good tweezers, a nose and ear hair remover, a dermaplane tool, and so on.

Works great!
I had struggled with facial hair for a long time...mainly my upper lip. I began to tweeze the hairs I thought were the darkest but I still wasn't totally satisfied with this method. I always felt self conscious about my facial hair when talking to someone closely. I turned to Amazon to see what kind of a solution I could find. I was close to buying hair removal cream but I had a bad experience in the past and got burned. I saw the great reviews about Bellabe and decided to give it a try. I tried it out last month when I had a few days off from work. In case anything went wrong I would have time to look semi ok again. I tried it out on a Saturday. Yes, it was painful because it was removing so many hairs at once. Learning how to twist it takes practice but its doable. By far the most painful area was right under the nose. I won't lie...I had tears streaming down my face because of the hairs being removed there. After I finished, my upper lip was a little irritated and red and I thought it was a normal reaction. The next day on Sunday I had a small pimple appear on my upper lip. Then on Monday I had another pimple show up. I sort of panicked because I thought I had an allergic reaction but the 2 pimples appeared right under my nose area which is the most sensitive. By Wednesday my pimples had cleared up. I emailed Bellabe customer service about my the pimples. They quickly replied and suggested I use witch hazel before and after using Bellabe. It was also suggested that I clean the Bellabe each time with rubbing alcohol. Other than the pimples I was satisfied with the results. I decided to try it again with the advice I was given and haven't had any pimples or issues again. After using it continually it gets easier and less painful. The first time is definitely the toughest because so many hairs are removed at once. Every now and then I need to use my tweezers to remove a couple of hairs that I wasn't able to get with the Bellabe. I'm still working on improving the twisting method. I really like this little gadget. It works great. It's easy to use, affordable and you can do it in the privacy of your home. I only use it once a week and I've noticed that the hairs that grow out seem lighter and they all don't grow out at the same time. I worried about the hair regrowth because I didn't want it to be so obvious but it really isn't. I am satisfied with the product and definitely recommend it.

A great tool to add to hair removal routine
This works really well on peach fuzz, and was easy to use. I followed someone else's suggestion of using witch hazel astringent before and after, so haven't noticed any irritation. It doesn't seem to grab coarser hairs as well, but those are easily cleaned up with tweezers. I have used a Braun epilator, so did not find this painful. It's a good tool to have in your arsenal if you have PCOS, or menopausal facial hair. I would have given it five stars if it was able to get every hair.

This really works!
I didn't understand why so many people would say they loved their Bellabe, what was to love about ripping hair out of your skin? But after using it for a couple months, I totally understand now. I was tired of dealing with trying to get rid of facial hair with less than good results, so I went ahead and bought it based on the reviews. There is a learing curve to using it, but I would say go slow, don't expect to just quickly roll it over your face and have all your hair gone. I started with the blonde peach fuzz on my cheeks and could go faster with that, it felt like tiny pricks, not bad. Than onto chin hair which had some hairs that were darker and coarser, therefore I went slower and used a magnifying mirror for. Just roll in one direction and go slow, it will grab those coarse hairs if you are patient with them, these hurt more to pull out. Got to the upper lip and yes, this area hurt like heck! I actually had tears coming from my eyes, but I persisted because I knew if I could get through it, the results would be good and each time it would get easier. I actually asked my hubby to get me some ice so I could numb the area. Not sure if this was a good idea because while it did numb it, the cold ice will actually close your pores tighter making the hair more difficult to pull out. There are still a few hairs I have to pull out with tweezers, under the chin mainly, the skin is a little loser there. Also at the jaw line it takes more time with the Bellabe to get those hairs, I think it is the angle. Now when I use Bellabe, the hairs come out easily and there is very little pain. Hair takes longer to come in and is thinner. My skin is so soft and smooth, and I don't have to worry about strange hairs when I go out. I use this every other day since different hairs grow on different cycles but I too am one that can now say I love my Bellabe!

You won't be sorry.
I have never wanted to write a review 3 seconds into trying a product before, but here I am. Buy it. It works. My face is red which means it probably would hurt if I wasn't used to pulling the hairs, but it works so quick. Thought I would try it for days I dont have time to wax and this is a great on the go tool. I hate tweezing because it only gets one hair at a time. This pulls all in the surrounding area at the root as described. It will probably take me some time and practice to learn different angles of my jaw and how to pull, but overall 10/10!
