Cute little animals. Animals are firm, not soft but still fairly lightweight. They are about the size of my 9 month olds hand which makes for easy grip but no choking hazard.

While I expected them to be made entirely of flexible rubber, only the base is soft; the tops are a firm molded plastic. That said, they still feel very durable and kid-friendly.
