An excellent black tea. Don’t be afraid of trying it. The flavor is wonderful hot or cold.

This tea is nice and spicy. There is no caffeine, so I can enjoy it in the evening to settle my stomach. Each bag is individually sealed for freshness. This is an excellent substitute for grating my own ginger to steep. Thus travels well in a purse or lunch bag as well so you can have a cup at work.

Tasted a few other brands. But this one you can actually savour the ingredients in the Masala tea.

Delicious tea! My only complaint is that these are the smallest tea bags I’ve ever seen. It takes two to make an average mug of tea.

Best bagged chai I have tasted. Good amounts of cardamam and clove along with the black tea. Although I do find you need to use 2 bags to make a decent 10oz. mug.

To the left of the attached picture is the bag I have always received so far. To the right you can see the new bag I just received, and the box it came in. The major difference you can read on the box. This tea now has bergamot *flavor*, not bergamot extracts. This was not advertised on the product's page which continues to show the previous bag. The tea bags within seem a tad bit smaller, and are all compressed together to fit in the smaller bag. But most importantly the bags do not have the bergamot smell any longer, instead a dull and mild, artificial smell that I suppose is the "bergamot flavor", that does not smell like it at all. In the mouth, same disappointing taste. This is not good any longer and this is not eligible for a return. Had the product's page been updated I would not have ordered it. I will never order it again, and am sorry that consumers lost a great product. This is doubly sad in that people buying this were okay with its price, and I would rather have payed a bit more to continue getting a good product than getting this (I wonder how much per 100-tea-bag box they save with this. In the long run they will lose customers...) At the very least please update the product's page. You can see at least one similar review.

Great product! Use 2 teabags steeped in about 1/2 c of boiling water. Add 1/2 - 1 cup of oat milk or non-fat milk and a bit of organic vanilla creamer. You then have something equivalent to what Starbucks serves as a Chai Tea Latte with a lot less calories and heathier.

I ordered quite a few boxes as I wanted a variety of really good teas. I was so impressed at the packaging and how neat each box of 100 teas was. Enjoying the chamomile mint tea with a bit of honey in my favourite mug. Delicious!!! Will order again from this brand!!

I thought chamomile tea was grossly overrated until I tried this. I drink it without milk but a small amount of brown sugar (not keen on honey which is recommended) and it’s very pleasant to drink and does have a calming effect. Ideal at bedtime!
