The price was on offer and due to thight budget I decided to get this one. My screen was not working properly, I contacted amazon. They tried to contact the seller, who wasnt replying and then the 1 month guarantee was gone. I found the address of the seller, drove over 2.5hrs one way to argue and they gave me a 'new' one. After a few weeks it started doing the same. I did not have choice, but to restart it constantly and use it this way. A month ago part of the screen stopper working and a few days later the whole screen. Now i have to pay over 150 pounds for repair.. NFC wasnt working 'due to illegal software issues' as it was saying on screen when I have tried to set it..

Huawei is my favourite smartphone!!!!

I bought this phone thinking it was brand new, but it isn't. The term "new" means reconditioned . The description did not mention this, which is misleading and could be categorized as false advertising, and the laws in the UK are different regarding this. Additionally, the phone has scratches, the protective foil has scratches, and the box was opened with different stickers than the original ones. The box is dirty. I am worried about any other issues I might have with it. I have also seen that others have reported the same issue as me.

I ordered my phone before reading any reviews here, then when i did i saw many negative one star reviews about the seller and used phones! I have to say i was worried and felt like cancelling the order, but i decided not to because i needed this phone for linking to a drone. If i was not happy i would have returned it. BUT, I'm happy to say when it arrived everything about it said brand new, the sealed box, clean box, everything packed in like brand new, phone with in perfect condition. Powered it up, i have used it now for 3 days and it works perfectly and battery life is excellent. So i have no complaints what so ever. A very happy customer...

the phone is under warranty. the phone doesn't work but the seller is not responding. even amazon won't help 😡

Unfortunately this phone did not live up to what I expected. What I loved about the first Huawei I had was the long battery life, fantastic camera and quick screen reaction. All of these functions are lacking any sort of quality in this phone. Very poor version and unfortunately it wasn't cheap so I feel I have been done.

Utterly amazing phone. Difficult to believe that you can get this level of technology for around £500! The camera is so sophisticated you would probably have to pay this much if purchased separately. And the battery seems to last forever with a turbocharger plug that is several times faster than most others. Brilliant. So far, absolutely delighted. Haven't yet used the face recognition so can't rate it.

Es passt zu den Proportionen und dank den abgerundeten Ecken und der Breite liegt es auch für kleinere Hände sehr gut. +Mit der App "Phone Clone" können einfach Daten von einem bestehenden iOS oder Android Gerät auf das P30Pro übertragen werden. + Das letzte Huawei Gerät ist mit einem Google Play Store. +Der Akku ist auch nach 1 Jahr gefühlt nicht schwächer geworden - Die Videoaufnahme lässt etwas zu wünschen Übrig Die SWIFT Tastatur lässt sich einfach in der Grösse Anpassen und der "Dark Modus" sieht wunderbar aus auf dem OLED Display.Was für mich auch ein Vorteil ist entgegen den bekannten Reviews ist die Auflösung in FHD+. Diese ist zwar klener als Vergleichbare Modelle. Sogar das Mate 20 Pro bietet eine höhere Auflösung. Der Vorteil von FHD+ liegt auf der Hand, die Akkulaufzeit! Zu keinem Zeitpunkt hatte ich das Gefühl für die Grösse sei die Auflösung zu klein. Unbedingt in den Einstellungen die Auflösung so anpassen damit immer FHD+ gefahren wird. Für den momentanen Preis weiterhin zu empfehlen!
