The item is not eligible for returns. Seems seller is dispatching one defective piece with 1+1 offer. I saw the same defective piece review by other customer as well. One piece does not heat up. When one piece is defective, what's the point in selling with 1+1 offer. Not satisfied. Suggest Amazon officials to look at this and replace the defective one.

Out of 3 machines Ordered 1 is not starting at all , 2nd one worked fine for a week now that has also conked out TODAY the 3rd one is Ok till now ! Amazon says Return Window closed yesterday ! In short , I got 1 machine paid TRIPPLE BEWARE ! There is Nothing inside the box like Sponge etc. to protect in Transit ! Careless packaging for Breakable Goods !

Dear Amazon customers, we speak against chaina and Pakistan, avoid them, but this is worst than china and Pakistan, a small heating element is used to make this burner, in 2020 manufacturers is not able to produce this small item. This is make in India, we have to use sub standard product. It might cause some electricity problem. Please black list this product as well company.☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️

Bought this few days back. Set of 3, out of which within a day or two , one stopped functioning. Thought might be some loose contact, hence ignored it. Within the next few days , the other two also stopped functioning. My experience with this product was not at all good. I should not have been carried away by the price, should have opted for something more steardy , this one was very delicate kinds , absolutely what we call as China product.

Today on 24-06-20 i have received order. checked and found one defective item in the pack. i thought of giving this to my brother and after checking i have disappointed and brother told "Dont believe online products" this is a big remark not for seller but for Amazon. We purchase the products by the brand value of Amazon not by sellerSo, it is a heads up to Amazon to ban this vendor, as i have read many comments similar to it. unfortunately this product is not returnableMy verdict is "DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AT ALL"

Weast of money

This is a good product. It actually helps the house (my is small house) to smell good. We put dhoop and Kapoor tog. It is okay to clean. In order to keep it working well, you will have to clean the tray after every use coz the dhoop sticks to the plate. Don't worry its easy. Tip to clean ..... like the way you remove ice from the ice tray by twisting it, the same way you twist the small plate with little and it will be clean.

Only two pieces were found instead of three. Pl despatch the balance at the earliest before I lodged an official complaint to all concerned. Forward a reply within 5 hours by giving me call...8787403749
