ACI Beauty American Classic Gelous Gel Base Coat Nail Polish, Pack of 3

I use one coat of gel, one coat of polish, and repeat gel and polish. I then finish it off with a quick drying top coat. This takes a few minutes and it has lasted for up to 3 weeks. I may have to touch up before the 3 weeks; but I do housework, wash hair, shower, etcetera. This is amazing. I have told so many people about this product and have given bottles to some. These pictures are my nails after 3 weeks, with one touch up. The left hand nails are breaking because they grow so long!

I can't even explain how much I love this stuff? I should credit wherever I read it. I read a million magazines on Flipboard so I know I cannot do that but somewhere someone (glamour maybe?) told me that I should add 2 layers, add a color, add a layer, add a color, add a layer and then add the top coat - Seche Vite - which I LOVE too - this is so key. I have never ever had nails. Now they grow with barely chipping. It is amazing. The color lasts for a long while. I have noticed using Essie polish extends the entire life better than most $4 - $7 brands too. I have bought the three pack because I normally buy it for $6 at Sally's but they were out once and I decided that I did not want to be out. I am not normal girl. I use power tools and build furniture and paint constantly. I painted my sister-in-laws cabinets and soaked the hardware and scrubbed the hardware for hours and my nails did not break. They were in need to be redone when I was finished but they never actually broke. Wow. I just decided one day that having a little hint of white polish on and having them all even made me look like an adult (I'm 40) - and the shine I get from the top coat Seche Vite is to die for. I truly look like I spent $25 on a mani. Eat your heart girls. Buy a three pack and use your money on vino!

Love this stuff! I've bought it twice already, and will continue to do so. There are lots of videos and tutorials out there, using this product like a diy gel manicure, and so I thought I'd give it a try. Per the tutorials, I apply two thin coats as a base coat on bare nails, a coat of color, another coat of the Gelous, another coat of color, a top coat, and a final coat of Gelous to seal it all up. And my nails last 7-10 days, just like professional gel polish on natural nails. A great product!

What I did: gelous, color, gelous, color, gelous. I didn't have my favorite top coat around otherwise I would have swapped the top coat. It lasted perfectly for two days and chipped on the third, by day four I had all my nails peeled off. I'm rough with my hands, i.e. dishwashing, cleaning so my nail polish never lasts long but I was hoping for at least a week. Wasn't the case.

Delivery was very fast. Will come back for more review after use.

This product is great. I use it as a base then put on top of my color polish, then put a top coat polish on that. Lasts almost as long as getting a gel manicure at a salon but without the damage to the nails....great stuff.

This is my favorite top coat! I've been using it now for about three years and it dries very nicely and shiny.
