I used to buy Hyland's sinus and Hylands Antimonium Tart, and they worked great. For some reason Hylands has closed down one of their factories and stopped offering those two items so when I found these I was relieved to find that they work well. They have similar ingredients (including the antimonium tart). And I like the fact that they take a bit longer to actually dissolve and therefore, kind of work a bit longer because they've started working as they begin to dissolve and continue on for hours after. I am grateful to have found them because I have awful sinus and mucus in the Spring and Fall as the weather begins to change. And, I feel like I get more for the money out of this brand than I did for the Hyland's even though I felt they worked well. Hyland's loss is BHI's gain.

Yes these do work and I use them when needed.

Tried BHI Mucus relief tablets for thick mucus in the throat that no amount of forceful clearing seems to help. They may have thinned the mucus a small amount to allow for more effective clearing. Did not stop the mucus from accumulating.Try it. Your results may vary.
