Grandsons first bday . Very sturdy does not tip or fall down when pressure placed on handles . Lots of space for shipping too

This remains one of my favourite toys I've purchased for my Son and a year on its still going strong and still being played with, yet still in the same condition as when we purchased it. Great sturdy and good quality toys, not had any damage to them or the paint work in the year we've had them and they're played with daily. Great for small world play and a great addition to my Sons toy shop. Especially love the scanner.

This is a review for Le Toy Van Honeybake shopping trolley, which is a perfect size for my 3 year old and is gorgeous looking and well made. I really debated whether to choose this item to review because we already have a plastic shopping trolley in our playroom and I don't like having duplicate toys that clutter the house. However, the wheels fell off the plastic trolley a few days after we got it and we've had to use cable ties to hold the whole thing together since. Despite this it's one of the most played with toys in our house as my daughter just loves pretend shopping. Which brings me back to why I decided to review this wooden shopping trolley and my advice for anyone thinking of buying this; role play toys tend to be played with for years, from about 2-8 years, so it's worth thinking carefully about the quality of the toy as it'll likely be played with for a long time. I regretted buying the plastic trolley as soon as the wheels fell off and I realised I should have invested in a better quality one. So, back to this trolley, and my thoughts on it. There are lots of really positive things about it; its solid wood built, quite heavy and very robust. I'll definitely withstand long-term play. The handle height is approx 54cm so is a good height, my daughter is about 98cm and it's a perfect height for her, probably good up to about 5 years. The trolley has two compartments and a handy removable fabric shopping bag that can be slotted in. The bag is a nice addition as it allows two children who both want to 'shop' to play together, one with the trolley and one with the bag. It has a fabric canopy underneath for extra shopping too. The wheels are locked, they don't swivel, and have rubber grips. It also has a little chalkboard at the front for writing shopping lists. It's nearly got everything you'd need, but is missing a little seat for teddy/dolly at the front which my daughter would love to have. Its heaviness also goes against it when it comes to taking it out and about as believe it or not, our plastic one is regularly brought out for trips to the supermarket as it's so lightweight that throwing it in the car for the trip is a breeze and worth it for keeping my daughter content in the shops. It also whizzes around the supermarket aisles. This isnt really something you'd tote to the supermarket as it's just too heavy and bulky. Overall though if you're considering a toy trolley for your little one this is a solid, if expensive, choice.

Was sent to us is what looked like an opened box. Parts were wrong and could not put it together. Trying to return.

Couldn't be more pleased with this little trolley. Super easy to build and made of incredibly durable wood. Highly recommend

Granddaughter loved this Christmas morning

.the wheels spin badly. if you don't tighten them, they spin quickly, and if you tighten the wheels, they don't spin properly. over time, it began to whistle and creak terribly. I pray that the children do not play with it when I am at home. in general, the idea of ​​the toy is cool and even more or less high-quality, but for such money it should go and not whistle
